Sunday Oliseh, invites 18 overseas-based professionals for AFCON clash next month

Head Coach of the Super Eagles, Sunday Oliseh, has invited 18 overseas-based professionals for next month’s 2017 Africa Cup of Nations qualifier against Tanzania in Dar es Salaam.
Eagles' first –choice goalkeeper and captain Vincent Enyeama heads the list that also has defenders Godfrey Oboabona, Leon Balogun, William Troost Ekong and Kenneth Omeruo, which is a reminder of the back line in former coach of the Super Eagles, Stephen Keshi in his last game in charge. Midfielders include Rabiu Ibrahim, Lukman Haruna and Joel Obi makes a return. Questions may rise with the inclusion of forward Emmanuel Emenike, as he just moved from Turkey to Dubai. In form  Ahmed Musa,  and Anthony Ujah make the list which has Nigeria's hottest striker Odion Ighalo conspicuously absent.
Other shock inclusions are goalkeeper Carl Ikeme, midfielder Izunna Ernest Uzochukwu and forwards Emem Eduok, Sylvester Igboun and Moses Simon.
All the 18 players, who will join up with the 23 home boys who arrived camp in Abuja on Monday, are expected in Abuja on Monday, 31st August, 2015 at the latest.
